We are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. However, you may return your product using our free returns option within 30 days of receipt.
We begin constructing your shippment order as soon as you place your order from the St. Jude Gift Shop. We are unable to make any changes or cancel your custom order once it is placed.
Occasionally, orders are cancelled by our system if product is unavailable or if we are unable to verify your payment information, ship to the address provided or detect that this is a duplicate order. We will promptly email you to provide notice of cancellation.
If you forgot to add something to your order before it was placed, please place a separate order for the additional item. It will ship to you in separate packaging, and will have its own unique order number and tracking link.
